Tocelo Chemicals was founded in June 1978 in
Amsterdam by TO(n Bluekens), CE (es Snoeren) and LO (uis Beuming )
as a Trading Company in Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients.
On the 1st of July 2011 the company name was changed to:
TOCELO PHARMA B.V,
Which reflects our activities in a better way. We are
convinced that the coming era will create many new
possibilities for us and our partners and we shall focus completely
on the Pharmaceutical Industry as a supplying, distributing and
sourcing company.
For over 30 years China is the main source for our products and
working in this exciting country for such a long time brought us a
lot of good friends and strong and valuable business contacts.
During those 30 years China has become the 2nd largest
economy in the world and being witness of such an enormous
development was and still is a great experience. We hope and trust
that our excellent relationship with our Chinese partners will help
us to increase our business both on export and import with China.
Our customers and suppliers can rely on our experienced teams in
China and Europe to open doors and create new possibilities.
In 1994 we started a cooperation with Sichuan Long March
Pharmaceutical Factory in Leshan, China and this resulted in our
first joint-venture.
Under the name of Sichuan Long March Pharmaceutical Plant Co.
Ltd we are distributing the products from Long March in
Europe, but also to Central and South America.
Besides the Long March products, Tocelo Pharma supplies a
broad range of veterinary pharmaceutical raw materials to world
leading animal health companies as well as local producers.
In July 2002 we opened our office in China ,which is focused not
only on sourcing, but also regulatory affairs, product development,
GMP compliance and after- sales service coordination.
We cooperate with Chinese producers and exporters and for
several Chinese factories we are the exclusive partner for
registering their products with the EDQM in Europe (CEP
registration).
Our most important activities in China are:
- buying Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients and distributing these
products to many countries around the world.
- selling vials and ampoules of our partner Shandong
Pharmaceuticals Glass Company on an exclusive basis from China
to Central-Asia and Russia
- registering Chinese products in Russia, Ukraine, Central-Asia
and Europe.
